| 1. What is your return policy? |
| At Giftmood.com, our product quality and your gift purchase experience are 100% guaranteed. Every product you purchase from Giftmood.com or any of our catalog must be free of defect. If you're ever dissatisfied with any item purchased from Giftmood.com, contact us within 30 day of purchase and we will make it right. You may choose to return it for replacement, store credit to your account, or a simple refund - it's your choice. All non-defective product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling is non-refundable.
All returns must have return authorization (RMA number), and a copy of the purchase Invoice or Packing slip from Giftmood.com. All returning items must be returned in good condition, in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories. All return items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Please note that our manufacturing design change from time to time. Hand-painted and/or hand-crafted items may vary slightly in color or size when compared to photographed samples shown. Figurines, carvings and other hand-painted items are created by various artists, making these products truly unique and one-of-a-kind collectors' items. We have no control over minor variations on the design, and reserve the right to fulfill orders with merchandise of equivalent value as received from their suppliers, or simply apply the credit to your account. |

| 1. How much will my shipping and handling costs me? |
Your shipping and handling costs are charged by "Zone", and reflect a percentage of your order size. "Zones" are determined by the United Parcel Service, based on shipping from our warehouse in CA.
PLEASE NOTE: Items under 1 pound may be shipped Parcel Post First Class. |

| 2. What does Giftmood.com mean by, "May require additional shipping and handling?
|
| This is normally found on bulky or heavy items which cost more to ship where extra handling is required.

| 3. Do you ship to a P.O. Box address? |
| No. All UPS shipments must have a physical (street) address. (UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.) All Rush Delivery (DHL) shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes either. |

| 4. How long will it take my order to arrive after leaving your CA warehouse? |
| A good estimate is to translate your Zone Number into business days. For example, Zone 4 might take four business days; Zone 2, two business days. Remember to allow 3 business days for us to ship your order. |

| 5. How can I have my order rush-shipped? |
| You can do so by simply selecting "DHL" as your shipping method during the Checkout process. Please keep in mind though, the shipping rates are higher for DHL Rush Service and all shipments outside the continental U.S. Therefore, we encourage you to avoid using rush service and have goods shipped to a physical address, to minimize shipping and handling costs. |

| 1. How long before I receive my order? |
| All orders will be processed within 24 hours, and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. All orders are shipped via UPS (estimated time for delivery is 7-10 days), unless an alternate shipping method is specified. If an alternate method is chosen, delivery time will depend upon the type of shipping service you've specified and your location. |

| 1. Do you accept personal checks? |
| Yes, we welcome personal checks. All orders paid with personal checks are subject to a hold of 10 business days for the check payment to clear. A charge of $25 will be imposed if a check for payment is not honored by the bank on which it is drawn. |
