Shipping: |
Our warehouse is based in California, USA. All items are professionally packed and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days upon payment clearance except orders shipping to PA, IL, GA, and TX which may take up to 3 business days to ship.
1. Continental U.S. (48 states): UPS Ground (7-10 business days) $6.95 for orders under $50; and 15% of order total for orders over $50. DHL RUSH (2-4 business days) - $20.00 for orders under $25; and 50% of order total for orders over $25.
2. Outside Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Military APO/FPO Boxes, U.S. Virgin Island, Guam, Puerto Rico): USPS Priority Mail - $20.00 for orders under $25; and 50% of order total for orders over $25.
3. Canada: Canada Post - $20.00 for orders under $50; and 50% of order total for orders over $50.
Please Note: Currently, our shipping department only ship orders to Canada on Thursday. Therefore, the order payment must be cleared before Tuesday in order for us to ship on Thursday. Else, the order will be shipped on the following week's Thursday.
4. Other International Countries: We only ship to USA and Canada shipping addresses, and not other International countries. We are glad to take all International orders if the orders' Ship-To addresses are USA or Canada based shipping addresses.
5. Undeliverable Packages: We ship to the Shipping Address provided to us exactly as on the original order, but sometimes packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the shipping carrier returns the package to us, we will issue a full refund (less shipping and handling fees). In this case, we will not re-ship the orders to the same shipping address again. If you would still like to purchase the same merchandise, you are welcome to do so by placing a new order online.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Giftmood.com. If you are not completely satisfied with the item, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for replacement, store credit, or refund. Please note that all shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Return Policy: |
An RA number is required for all returns. We will not accept any items returned without a valid RA number or any of the following conditions not met. All returns must also have a copy of the purchase Invoice or Packing slip from Giftmood.com.
To ensure full credit, all returning items must be returned in good condition, in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories.
All return items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
Please follow return instructions below and
contact us for an RA number with your order no. and reason of return prior to making any returns. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
1. Defective Item Return: If the item is defective, you may return it to us for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original package, with good inner package, and no markings of any kind on the packaging. Please include a copy of proof of purchase and write the RA number outside the box.
2. Non-Defective Item Return: You may return a non-defective item for credit within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all non-defective item returns. Sorry, all shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Item must be in new and re-sellable condition, in its original package with good inner package, and no markings of any kind on the packaging. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. Please include a copy of proof of purchase and write the RA number outside the box.
3. Damaged Item During Shipping or Lost Shipment: If you've received a damaged item due to shipping, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the item to process claims. Please also send us a picture of the damaged item as proof of damage to process the claim. Credit or Refund will be sent upon the carrier validate the claim.

Sales Tax |
We are required by law to collect 9.75% California sales tax on all orders shipping to California shipping addresses.
California business owners and resellers may waive this sales tax on their orders with a valid CA Reseller Permit on file. Click Here To Download
the CA Resale Certificate form, complete the form, and fax back to us at (626) 768-7398. By submitting your valid CA Resale Certificate form to us, you are certifying that your order is for resale purpose, and your are solely responsible for collecting and submitting the relevant sale taxes to the proper agency.

Design and Color variation of hand-painted items: Please note that hand-painted and/or hand-crafted items may vary slightly in color or size when compared to photographed samples shown. Figurines, carvings and other hand-painted items are created by various artists, making these products truly unique and one-of-a-kind collectors' items. We have no control over minor variations on the design, and reserve the right to fulfill orders with merchandise of equivalent value as received from their suppliers, or simply apply the credit to your account.
Out of stock/Backorder items: Backorders are annoying to our customers and costly to us. Therefore, we do our best to avoid any backorders at all possible efforts. The item is available in stock for shipping at listing time, but it could be temporarily out of stock for shipping due to any unpredictable and unforeseen events with our existing warehouse inventory system. If this unfortunate event happened, we will notify you immediately of the estimated new stock arrival date, and you will only be charged for the items shipped, not the backorders. You may also choose to have us ship you another item with same value, a store credit, or full refund if you decided not to wait for the new stock.
